Welcome to the Sarah Baumgarten Voice and Piano Studio!

***Due to the pandemic, Sarah is teaching virtual voice and piano lessons

on Zoom and FaceTime.***

My Voice Philosophy:

No two people are exactly alike, and therefore, no two voices are exactly alike.

I believe that every student has the potential to learn, and grow as a musician

in their own unique way. While not all students who take voice lessons will

develop into established solo singers, I intend to nurture each voice in a way

that brings about each person’s uniqueness and creativity.

Voice lessons have many benefits in addition to learning to sing well.

With voice lessons come a greater sense of self-confidence, self-awareness,

an appreciation for vocal music in all forms, as well as music in general.

It is my goal to develop these attributes in my singers. “I can’t” or

“I’m not good enough” will not be tolerated in my studio. Every single student

is capable of improving and becoming the best singer they can be through

motivation and overcoming obstacles and challenges along the way.
